Our monthly meetup series continues. Come share a beer and some pizza with us and hear from our engineers, product managers, designers and data scientists. On this instance of the Pivotal Dublin Meetup we’ll have two talks: • Recipe for a disastrous User Interview: Pranay Sethi & Laura Clampett Pranay and Laura will be demonstrating scenarios that can make or break a user interview, and will share tips on preparing an interview plan. In this talk, you will learn how to run one-to-one user interviews to gather insights that will inform product decisions. • When pairing goes pear-shaped: Deborah Wood & Scott Muc Ever wondered what pair programming really looks like? Deborah Wood and her pair will be acting out some of the common do’s and don’ts of pair programming with the aim of showing when pairing works best.
