Security for SQL in the world of privacy regulations

Increasing focus on data security and the rights of individuals privacy has now put the spotlight firmly on the data folk. Not only do we have to keep the systems up and running with optimal performance, but are also tasked with ensuring data is secured to meet regulatory requirements, but balance that with the need of business to make use of the data as an organisation asset.
